С сегодняшнего дня мы начинаем изучать комплекс дыхательной гимнастики Бодифлекс. Один раз в неделю я буду выкладывать на своем сайте подробное видео по каждому упражнению для того, чтобы вы самостоятельно у себя дома смогли разучить их и применять в повседневной жизни.
Всего в этом комплексе 16 упражнений на различные группы мышц. Сегодня я выкладываю первое видео с упражнением №1, которое называется ЛЕВ.
Это упражнение для укрепления мышц лица и шеи, а также горла. Его рекомендуется выполнять во время ангины, т.к. оно стимулирует горло.
В этом коротком видео (всего 1.5 минуты) очень подробно рассказано, а главное - показано, как нужно правильно выполнять это упражнение. Приятного просмотра!
