Бодифлекс — универсальный комплекс дыхательной гимнастики с физическими упражнениями. Для того, чтобы начать заниматься бодифлексом вам необходимо:
-Обследоваться и проконсультироваться у врача;
-Если разрешил врач, то прежде всего вам нужно запастись терпением и самодисциплиной, чтобы заниматься регулярно (желательно ежедневно) всего по 15-20 минут в день. Больше не рекомендуется, т.к. это может дать обратный эффект (головокружение, тошнота, рвота и даже может случиться обморок). Это происходит потому, что наш организм на начальном этапе не привык к такому количеству кислорода, но постепенно происходит адаптация и организм осваивается с такой нагрузкой.
-В питании ограничивать себя не нужно. Питайтесь как обычно. Только без передания. Диеты противопоказаны.
-Для занятий бодифлексом существуют ограничения — беременность, ослабленный организм, гипертония.
В комплексе Бодифлекса все упражнения разбиты на 3 вида:
Изометрические — направлены на проработку и напряжение одной группы мышц.
Изотонические — направлены на работу нескольких групп мышц.
Растягивающие— направлены на растяжение мышц, делают их эластичными.

Бодифлекс великолепно насыщает организм кислородом, лучше, чем любая другая гимнастика или бег.
Например, если вы будете бегать 15 минут, то вы сожжете 170-190 ккал;
Если вы будете заниматься обычной аэробикой 15 минут, то вы сожжете 60-80 ккал.
А если вы будете 15 минут заниматься бодифлексом, то вы сожжете аж 700-800 ккал.
Разница, как видите, существенная.
И еще важно знать, что начав заниматься бодифлексом, вы получите результат уже через одну-две недели, но бросать занятия нельзя. Т.е. вы должны будете всю оставшуюся жизнь им заниматьсяпо 15 минут в день, а иначе, как только вы бросите занятия, ваш жир вернется к вам обратно, да еще и с пополнением и вы снова поправитесь.
