Полезные продукты питания

Каждый день мы едим, даже не задумываясь, что мы едим и для чего и что несет в себе наша любимая еда.  И довольно часто пищей  на нашем столе оказывается абсолютно бесполезная, а иногда и просто вредная еда. С таким подходом к питанию мы, порою, обделяем себя необходимы веществами, содержамися в продуктах-изгоях.

А ведь многие пищевые продукты  - просто кладезь полезных соединений,  способствующие  укреплению здоровья и защищающие организм от разрушительного действия болезней, назовем их полезные продукты питания.

«Пусть пища будет лекарством, а лекарство — пищей» — говорил основатель медицины Гиппократ.  У него в арсенале находилась целая аптека съедобных продуктов  начиная от хлеба, пропитанного вином, до вареной рыбы. И в древности знахари и лекари часто использовали еду в качестве лекарств.

С течением времени эта традиция была утрачена и пищу уже никто не воспринимал как эффективный способ избавления от проблем со здоровьем. И мало кто из врачей назначал те или иные продукты в качестве природных «докторов».

Теперь мы знаем поболее об истинных причинах широко распространенных заболеваний. Узнали мы и много нового о целебных свойствах некоторых продуктов и о том, что они же могут быть лекарством. Но в отличие от медицинских препаратов, у которых фактически у всех есть побочные эффекты, продукты питания не причиняют вреда.  Достаточно лишь разумно подойти к их выбору  и можно здорово сэкономить на медикаментах.

А это значит, что включая в рацион полезные  продукты питания с одновременным исключением из своего  рациона потенциально вредные, мы способстуем мобилизации защитных свойств организма и тем самым оказываем прямое лечебное воздействие на него и замедляем процесс старения.

Какие же продукты наиболее полезны и при каких заболеваниях что и для чего едят?
