Пиво изготавляют и пьют столько же, сколько человек занимается выращиваем зерна. В древности его даже использовали в качестве лекарства от анемии, цинги и холеры. Именно от такого пива и «раскалывается» голова, после очередной пивной попойки.
Сколько же пива можно употреблять без вреда для здоровья?
По данным диетолов употребляя в день 330 — 500мл пива вы снижаете риск сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, улучшаете свое психическое здоровье и повышаете плотность костной ткани. Злоупотребление же приводит к прямо пропорциональному результату.

Я тоже очень люблю пиво, особенно тёмное. Правда употребляю его довольно редко. Летом чаще, зимой предпочитаю чай. Тоже замечала не один раз, что после употребления пива, начинает болеть голова. Уверена, что погоня производителей за деньгами погубила уже не один полезный продукт. Если бы древние пивовары знали, что нам теперь подсовывают под названием «пиво», они бы ужаснулись.
