Сегодня многие хотели бы похудеть, но сидеть на изнуряющих диетах у них не хватает силы-воли. Существует такая диета «да» и «нет» или «через день» при которой строго запрещены многие продукты сегодня и они же разрешены завтра. Т.е. если вы не в состоянии ограничивать себя в потреблении «вредных» для фигуры продуктов сегодня, то завтра вам их есть можно, но в меру без обжорства. Отсюда и такое название диеты «да» и «нет» или «через день».
На такой диете сидеть гораздо проще, чем на любой другой, т.к. только при одной мысли о том, что ты завтра сможешь съесть горячо любимую тобой булочку или тортик, или даже картошку жареную
, или жареное мясо, уже становится легче на душе.
Правда при такой диете похудение происходит более медленными темпами и сидеть на ней придется больше времени, чем на обычных диетах. Но тут уж решать вам что для вас лучше: быстрая , но строгая диета или медленная, но щадящая.
Диета «да» и «нет» или «через день».
В любой день обязательно пить чистую воду, не менее 2-х литров, можно зеленый чай без сахара.
1-ый день: выбираете любой из кисломолочных обезжиренных продуктов (жирностью не более 1%) , например 2л кефира; 4 упаковки обезжиренного йогурта; 400г творога жирностью не более 1%; любые фрукты и какой-либо из кисломолочных продуктов. Можете комбинировать сочетания кисломолочных продуктов в любом, удобном для вас соотношении, для того, чтобы не «приелось».
2-ой день: можете кушать все, что хотите. Но после 19-00 не есть ничего!
3-ий день: выбираете любой другой кисломолочный продукт или их сочетание.
4-ый день: опять можете кушать все, что хотите, но не обжираться и после 19-00 ничего не есть.
5-ый и т.д. повторять все сначала.
Сочетание разгрузочных и обычных дней дает положительный эффект и вы начнете худеть. Одно условие: если на разгрузочный день попадает какой-нибудь праздник, или поход в гости, то вы должны будите после них устроить себе 2 разгрузочных дня, чтобы восстановить прежние результаты.
Я надеюсь, что диета «да» и «нет» или «через день» вам понравится, особенно тем, кто не может надолго лишать себя любимых блюд.
