Сегодня я вам представляю одну из них, применяя которую регулярно в течение 2-3-х месяцев, вы напитаете свою кожу витаминами, выведите из нее все вредные вещества и , конечно же, омолодите свое лицо и вам не надо будет посещать салон красоты.
Рецепт приготовления:
Взять по 1 чайной ложке пищевого желатина(продается в магазинах), глицерина (в аптеке) и натурального меда, а также 100г (0.5 стакана) жирного молока(6%) или сливок.
Вечером залить желатин сливками или молоком и оставить его набухать на ночь. Утром подогреть раскисший желатин на огне, чтобы он полностью растворился. Процедить. Добавить глицерин и мед, тщательно перемешать, сложить в чистую баночку и держать в холодильнике, но не более 5 дней.
Использование:
1 раз в день 2 — 3 раза в неделю в течение 2 — 3-х месяцев. Нанести маску на лицо и шею, держать 20-30 минут, смыть теплой водой.
